Since finishing a degree from Chelmsford Anglia Ruskin University in Architectural Technology (2:1, BSc Hons) in 2012, James has gone on to work in the construction industry for approximately 10 years.

James has worked for small private practices and larger developers over the span of his career, gaining experience in planning and working drawings on small residential extensions to managing and leading 200+ units for some of the largest house builders in the country. From this mix of experience, James understands the wants and needs of clients and appreciates the professionalism and reliability they expect.

In his spare time, James likes to walk his dog, Bailey, with his wife, spend time with his friends and family and enjoys the cinema and films (especially Lord of the Rings).
